The ongoing spread of COVID-19 continues to have a profound effect on our employees, customers and their families. Our thoughts and best wishes remain with all those affected at this difficult time. 

We remain committed to supporting critical industries, whilst prioritising the health and wellbeing of colleagues and customers. The steps we have taken to sustain full support for your business include:

• Robust contingency plans to ensure all our teams remain fully operational. 
• Partnering with our suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, with enhanced inventory at our branches and the ability to move parts quickly across the network. 
• Use of our parts Dropbox service and van deliveries to minimise face to face interactions. 
• Providing clear and regularly updated direction to our colleagues on safe working procedures and how to stay healthy.
• Working closely with our customers to ensure we comply with local site procedures. 
• Instigating remote working arrangements for affected employees to help them maintain close communication with customers. 

We recognise the situation continues to change both nationally and regionally, often at short notice. As a result, we will continually review and adapt our response to minimise any disruption to your business. Under the current circumstances, we would encourage all our customers to check before travelling to our branches and, wherever possible, to contact us by phone or online to ensure we can provide uninterrupted service to you.
